HOW TO BOOK

1. Welcome to your first step in completing your TRAVEL PROSPECTS - we have catagorized the steps you need to follow in either making a booking, registering for tours and packages planned but not released at present, making an enquiry only or perusing our booking conditions and fees.
2. Travel Prospects booking conditions and fees – (click here) ( please note : operators that we utilize will have there own booking conditions that we will advise you on at time of booking.
3. Enquiry only – just send us your request on one of our tours or planned packages or if you have alternative requirements, and we will endeavour to have your answers within 2 working days. If enquiries are related to our packages and tours – please quote the tour no: (click here)
4. Name register – we currently have a range of tours and packages that we have set in place but can not release as yet due to a range of reasons and conditions – but please register and you will be first to know when we release your specific tour. Please advise the tour code and how many persons wish to travel. (click here)
5. How To Book – each tour has a tour code – found on the top right hand corner of the page, please advise us : * Tour Code * Your name ( as per passport – for domestic and international travel – or as per your drivers licence for domestic only packages ) this is also required for nay travelling partners * Photo ID – we will eventually require a copy of your passport or drivers licence – you can – post / fax / scan – email or deliver in person. * We will require a mailing / postal address * Contact phone no: - both home / work and or mobile for all travellers. ** there will be a range of other details we will request once your booking is confirmed and deposited – but this will be on your invoice.
